Regina and Dale Simpson have been good friends for a longtime. When my wife Casey and I started thinking about our new home purchase, we only thought of two people and that was Regina and Dale. We chose them not only because of being friends but we knew we could fully trust them and we knew they would tell us the truth about the homes we looked at. Regina immediately got to work on our needs and desires and wanted us to reach our goal of owning our dream home. Regina began finding homes to look at and our adventure began. The first home we looked at was a possibility so we wanted to make an offer on it before some else did. Regina got to work on the offer that night. The next day she phoned us to let us know that someone else had beat us to it. We were disappointed but she encouraged us to keep looking and she would do the same.
Regina found another new home in the same neighborhood but it was not completely finished yet. She made an appointment to go look at this home and when we did we immediately fell in love with it and said we needed to make an offer tonight, so again Regina got to work on it that night and after that our dream came true. Regina and Dale both went above and beyond what they should have been expected to do. We are so thankful they were there for us and walked us through every step of the way. When someone lets you know they are going to make something work and are praying for you then you know everything is going to be okay.
